Shipping Policy

Processing time Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping within the Netherlands We ship via PostNL. Estimated delivery time is 1-2 business days after dispatch.

Shipping within Europe We ship via DHL. Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination country.

Shipping costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your shipment.

Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.
